Sydney Institute of Education

The Sydney Institute of Education was a constituent institute of the Sydney College of Advanced Education from 1981 to 1989 at which time it was amalgamated with the University of Sydney as the Faculty of Education. Prior to 1981 the institute was the Sydney Teachers College that was founded in 1906.
