Taken is an upcoming American television series based on the film series of the same name. This show is the prequel to the first film. The show is set to air in midseason 2017 on NBC. Clive Standen is set to play a young version of Bryan Mills, the main character which has been played by Liam Neeson in three films.[2][3] The series has been commissioned with a straight-to-series-order in September 2015.[4]
