The Bay Institute

The Bay Institute is a nonprofit public benefit organization, created in 1981,[1] and focused on conservation of the San Francisco Bay and its watershed, including the rivers and streams which feed into it from as far away as the Sierra Nevada mountain range. They are based in Novato, California. Aquarium of the Bay in San Francisco is affiliated with them.
