The UTEP Miners football program is a college football team that represents the University of Texas at El Paso. With a history dating back to 1914, UTEP currently competes in the NCAA Football Bowl Subdivision[1] as a member of Conference USA (C-USA), in the West Division. UTEP currently plays their home games at the Sun Bowl Stadium, located on the campus in El Paso, Texas. Sean Kugler will be coaching the Miners for his second season in 2014.[2]
