The U.S. Attorney for the District of Maryland is the chief federal law enforcement officer for the State of Maryland. Rod J. Rosenstein is the U.S. Attorney for the District.[1] The United States District Court for the District of Maryland has jurisdiction over all cases prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney.
