Washington's 3rd legislative district

File:LD 03.pdf Washington's 3rd Legislative District is one of forty-nine districts in Washington state for representation in the state legislature. The district is in a square shape and its 84 precincts are almost entirely within the city of Spokane, Washington (Precinct 3000, with 8 voters, is outside the city limits).[1]
The district is represented by state senator Andy Billig (D) and state representatives Marcus Riccelli (D-pos. 1) and Timm Ormsby (D-pos. 2).
