Zina Andrianarivelo-Razafy

Zina Andrianarivelo-Razafy (born October 30, 1951[1]) has been the Permanent Representative of Madagascar to the United Nations since 2002.

Andrianarivelo-Razafy was Ambassador to the United States, the World Bank, and the International Monetary Fund from 1999 to 2002.[1] He presented his credentials as Ambassador to the United States on January 21, 1999.[2] Following his appointment as Ambassador to the U.N., he presented his credentials to U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan on September 9, 2002.[1]
