The 401st Army Field Support Brigade is a forward support brigade of the United States Army. The 401st AFSB command and controls two Army Field Support Battalions in Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom: 3-401st AFSB which is located at Bagram Airfield and responsible for supporting Regional Command East and North; and 4-401st AFSB which is located at Kandahar Air Field and responsible for supporting Regional Command South and West. It reports to Joint Sustainment Command - Afghanistan.
