Agara is a panchayat village in the southern state of Karnataka, India.[1][2][3] It is located in the Bangalore South taluk of Bangalore district in Karnataka, on Outer Ring Road, near Koramangala and HSR Layout.

The lake is situated close to the village of Agara. It is a pleasant location to visit during summers. During the dry season, it is used as a makeshift grazing ground by the local animal herders. There is a park located at one end of the lake.
