Align Aerospace,, formerly called Anixter Aerospace Hardware and Anixter Pentacon, is a leading supplier of hardware and related components to aerospace and defense original equipment manufacturers and their subcontractors. Align is headquartered in Chatsworth, CA, with European sales and operations office in Collegien, France.
The company was founded in 1972 and has been working in the aerospace and defense industry for the duration of its history.
In August 2011, the company was sold by Anixter International (NYSE: AXE) the former parent company which is based in Glenview, Illinois, USA to a private equity company called Greenbriar Equity. In March 2015, AVIC International expanded their commercial aerospace portfolio with the acquisition of Align Aerospace.
