Bezold's abscess

Eponym
It is named after Friedrich Bezold (German otologist, 1842–1908).[2]
Symptoms
Severe pain in perimastoid region, difficulty of swallowing, sore throat, difficulty in breathing, nuchal rigidity, and fever.
