David Zink Yi (born 1973, Lima, Peru) is a contemporary artist working primarily in video, photography, and sculpture. He has studied at the Universität der Künste, Berlin, Germany from 1998–2002 and at the Meisterschüler Lothar Baumgarten from 2002-2003. He currently lives and works in Berlin.

His work often deals with the idea of the body, and stems from his Peruvian, Chinese, and German cultural heritage. His videos, "6 x Yta Moreno" (2004) and "Aged Rum" (2003) are prominent examples of his interest in the relations between Latin music, the body, and performance. He has been quoted as saying the ‘body is the space and the medium in which the process of questioning of identity takes place’[1]

He is currently represented by Hauser & Wirth.
