Derek Watt (born November 7, 1992) is an American football fullback for the San Diego Chargers of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Wisconsin. His brother is Houston Texans defensive end, J. J. Watt.

College career

Watt played for the Wisconsin Badgers from 2011 to 2015. He was part of the offense that help Melvin Gordon amass record-breaking rushing yards for the NCAA.[citation needed]

Pro Football Focus rated Derek Watt as the second best fullback in the draft and he received the second best blocking grade of all fullbacks in the draft.[1]
