This clip of Tim Buckley's "Pleasant Street", taken from the album Goodbye and Hello is used for the purposes of criticism and comment on the artist Tim Buckley, his album Goodbye and Hello and the piece "Pleasant Street". At 30 seconds long or less it is significantly shorter than the complete original recording (at most 10% of the full recording) and I believe that this sample will not affect the value of the original work or limit the copyright holder's rights or ability to distribute the original recording. It is intended, in the context of scholarship, to inform the reader of the sound of Tim Buckley while not displacing the original product.
