Hostellerie De Hamert is a restaurant located in Wellerlooi in the Netherlands, most famous for its asparagus dishes in spring.[2][3] It is a fine dining restaurant that was awarded one Michelin star in the period 1963-1989.[4][5][6][7][8][9] GaultMillau awarded the restaurant 12.0 out of 20 points.[10]

Former head chef Herman van Ham took care about the kitchen for 39 years.[11] When Bernard Lieftink took over in 1989, the restaurant lost its star.[12]

Hostellerie De Hamert is one of the founders and still a member of Alliance Gastronomique Neerlandaise.[13][14]
