Information Control Company (formerly Information Control Corporation) headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, United States, is the largest Ohio-owned IT consulting company.[citation needed] In 2012, it achieved over $60 million in revenue and employed more than 500 IT professionals. The company was founded in 1979 as DEC VAX VAR, a software reseller. In the mid 1980s, the current CEO Steven Glaser became a partner and investor in the company. John Kratz, the current President, joined ICC in 1990. Over the years the company shifted its focus from software reseller to IT staffing company. In 2013, Blane Walter joined the company as Chairman of the Board and one of three equal partners in the firm.

In October, 2013, ICC acquired Farsite Group, a team of data scientists with expertise in Predictive Analytics.
