Jacques "Haitian Jack" Agnant[1] was a Haitian-born music manager executive, and promoter involved in the rap music industry. Infamous for his thuggery and unorthodox business practices, he has been involved with high-profile individuals; former associate to most notably Tupac Shakur and was allegedly connected to his death.[1][2][3][4]
