This is a list of Australian test batsmen who have scored more than 5,000 runs in test cricket. Currently, eighteen Australian batsmen have scored over 5,000 runs. Along with being Australia's leading run-scorer in Tests, Ricky Ponting is Australia's leading run-scorer in One Day Internationals. In 52 Tests, Don Bradman scored 6,996 runs with an average of 99.94—higher than any other international cricketer.[1]
