Marina Wilke (later Jährling, born February 28, 1958) is a German rowing cox who competed for East Germany in the 1976 Summer Olympics and in the 1980 Summer Olympics.
She was born in Berlin. She was the wife of Harald Jährling but they are divorced. The couple are the parents of Rob Jahrling.
In 1976 she was the coxswain of the East German boat which won the gold medal in the eights event.
Four years later she won her second gold medal as cox of the East German boat in the 1980 eights competition.
