'OT-Optima Telekom d.d. (OT)' is one of the leading telecommunications operator in the Croatian telecommunications market. After the establishment in 2004 and after making the first commercial call in its own network in 2005, OT used the liberalization of the telecommunications market as an opportunity to become the leader of changes in a short notice. OT made history as being the first Croatian telecommunications company that provided Croatian citizens and organizations the opportunity of choosing their telecommunications operator as well as choosing state-of-the-art communication solutions under affordable terms. Today, Optima Telekom's services cover the entire territory of the Republic of Croatia. The current market potential of over half a million ports connects more than 2.900 km of Optima Telekom's own optical network. Services that are available for citizens are integrated voice services, broadband internet and IP television, while complete and unique technical solutions are created for corporations in order to reduce costs of telecommunications with the benefit of introducing new services into their business.

In order to provide full customer support, Optima Telekom has offices, sales and technical teams as well as employees in Zagreb, Split, Rijeka, Osijek, Varazdin, Zadar, Dubrovnik, Pula, Sisak and Buje. Optima Telekom's Contact Center that is situated in Osijek has a very important role in interacting between OT and its customers. As the result of customer orientation, OT's Contact Center is known as the first Contact Center in the region to fulfill the conditions for receiving a certificate according to the European norms for contact centers EN 15838th.

In addition to the mentioned above, Optima Telekom is a proud holder of the international certificate in Information Security Management, ISO / IEC standard 27001: 2013 and the certificate in Quality Management, ISO 9001: 2008, which confirms the compatibility of safety management systems and quality management systems of telecommunication services with the highest international standards.

Optima Telekom is in the majority ownership of Zagrebacka banka (40.5% of Optima Telekom's shares). Hrvatski Telekom d.d. owns 19.11%, while the remaining 40.39% are in the hands of private and institutional investors.
