Rfissa is a popular feast dish in Morocco that is served during various traditional celebrations. [3]
It is traditionally served with chicken and lentils and fenugreek seeds (helba in Arabic), msemmen, meloui or day-old bread, and the blend of Ras el hanout.[4]
