Steingrímur Jóhannesson (born (1973 -06-14)14 June 1973) is an Icelandic former footballer. He was part of the Iceland national football team in 1998. He played 1 match.[1][2] On club level he played for Íþróttabandalag Vestmannaeyja until 2000. He won with the team the 1998 Úrvalsdeild and was overall topscorer with 16 goals. At the 1999 Úrvalsdeild they finished second, but he was again topscorer with 18 goals. He also competed at the 1999–2000 UEFA Champions League qualifying rounds scoring 2 goals. In 2001 he started playing for Fylkir. He competed at the 2001 Icelandic Cup scoring 1 goal against Grindavík.
