Vermont Route 121 (VT 121) is a 26.739-mile-long (43.032 km) east–west state highway running entirely within Windham County of southeastern Vermont. The western terminus of the route is at the intersection with Vermont Route 11 in the town of Londonderry. Its eastern terminus is at the intersection with U.S. Route 5 in the village of Bellows Falls, town of Rockingham.
