The 2010 Nicholls State Colonels football team represented Nicholls State University in the 2010 NCAA Division I FCS football season. The Colonels were led by first year head coach Charlie Stubbs and played their home games at John L. Guidry Stadium. They are a member of the Southland Conference. They finished the season 4–7, 3–4 in Southland play to finish in sixth place.[1]
