Bogdan Aurescu

He was a secretary of state at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 2009 to 2014, as well as a professor at the University of Bucharest. He was Foreign Affairs Minister from November 2014 to November 2015.[1][2]
Between 2004 and 2009, Aurescu was his country's chief counsel in the Maritime Delimitation in the Black Sea case, a boundary dispute with Ukraine that Romania brought before the International Court of Justice.[3]
