Edward George Wares (b. March 19, 1915 in Calgary, Alberta - d. February 29, 1992) was a professional ice hockey player who played 321 games in the National Hockey League. He played for the New York Rangers, Detroit Red Wings, and Chicago Black Hawks. He won the Stanley Cup in 1943 with the Red Wings.
