Gerber Finance is a New York-based company that provides asset-based lines of credit with an understanding of inventory to small and medium-sized businesses on the Eastern Seaboard of the United States and Canada. The company is a joint venture between Investec Bank, a London Stock Exchange and South African Stock Exchange listed bank, and The Gerber Group, a 90-year-old international trading and investment company headquartered in South Africa.[1][2] The company was founded in 1995.
The company provides businesses with credit lines from $500,000 to $10 million and specialize in financing the growth of importers, distributors and manufacturers across a wide range of industries.[3][4]
