Spring Fever

Winter has ended and spring arrives, so Ned and the other students have a case of Spring Fever. The students react differently . Moze falls in love with Ned and wants to make out with him. Cookie wants to ask Lisa out, But Lisa's allergies begin to act up and he finds that he doesn't want to date her anymore. Missy wants to kiss Ned and chases him all over. Faymen does 'lip-ups' to be a better kisser.

Just as Moze wants to express her feelings to Ned, she sees Missy kissing him. Just then, Faymen appears and kisses her, and she compliments his kissing as 'better'. Cookie realizes that he should like the person inside of Lisa rather than judging her by her outward appearance. It appears that Lisa has taken her medicine and she's all better. Just when he was about to continue his date, the bell rings and his date time is over.

Finally, Ned convinces Mr. Sweeney, his biology teacher, to let him have class outside. However, the sunshine goes away and it begins to rain.

School Newspaper

Ned was 'convinced' by Moze and Cookie to join the newspaper board, only to realize that they sabotaged him. Just then, the school's finance manager, visits Polk. Ned forces Cookie and Moze to help him, and they reluctantly agree. But the headline news displeased the finance manager, who threatens to fire them and Crubbs if he doesn't stop them. The students realize that the finance manager used $20,000 of the school fund to build a swimming pool in his backyard. Mr. Crubbs then fires him from the job and thanks the newspaper board. Meanwhile, Gordy has to deal with tiles that fall of the ceiling and complains about not having sufficient funds to repair them.
