Helstroff (German: Helsdorf; Lorraine Franconian: Helschtroff) is a commune in the Moselle department in Alsace-Champagne-Ardenne-Lorraine in north-eastern France.

The locality of Macker (aka Macher) is incorporated in the commune since 1811.
