Kuwait English School (abbreviation: KES) is an independent and private ICES and BSME international school in Kuwait. The main campus of the school is located in Salwa, Kuwait. It provides a British curriculum education from Kindergarten to Sixth Form A Levels. Entry into the school is through a comprehensive admission test. There are about 2400 students enrolled in the school.[1] It was established in 1979 by Mohammed Jassim Al Saddah, the school sponsor. KES Director is Rhoda Muhmood.

KES is divided into several departments: Kindergarten, Infants, Juniors, Seniors and the Green Unit, a department for children with special educational needs. Each of the departments has its own Principal. Lambert is the infants principal, Gurnet is the juniors principal and Carew is the seniors principal.

The senior school is defined as years 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and the Sixth Form. The school principal is Janet Carew, and vice-principals are John Lynskey and John Price.
