This is a list of members of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly who served in the 21st parliament of New South Wales from 1907 to 1910. They were elected at the 1907 state election on 10 September 1907. The Speaker was Hon William McCourt.
- 1 St George Liberal MLA and former Premier Joseph Carruthers resigned in May 1908. The resultant by-election was won by Liberal candidate William Taylor on 20 May.
- 2 Sturt ALP MLA Arthur Hill Griffith resigned from parliament after a dispute with the Speaker in November 1908. He was unopposed in the resultant by-election on 21 November.
Four by-elections occurred on 23 March 1910 as a result of members resigning to contest the Australian federal election, 1910:

- 7 Belmore MLA Edward O'Sullivan was elected as a Former Progressive but joined the ALP in 1909.
- 8 Belmore ALP MLA Edward O'Sullivan died on 25 April 1910. The resultant by-election was won by ALP candidate Patrick Minahan on 21 May.
