Johor Darul Takzim II [2012]
A product of the Johor State Football Association, Mohd Azniee Taib penned a professional contract with Malaysian Premier League (MPL) outfit Johor Darul Takzim II to serve as their as a Forward, Attacking midfielder.

Mohd Azniee Taib promoted to Malaysian Super League side Johor Darul Takzim in 2013.[1]
Johor Darul Takzim II [2014]
After not being selected for Johor Darul Takzim 2014 Squad, Mohd Azniee Taib was called up to help youngsters in Johor Darul Takzim II. He made 27 appearances and scored 8 goals.[2][3]
Penang FA [2015]
Mohd Azniee Taib once again not selected made his way through to Johor Darul Takzim under Bojan Hodak, later than he signed one years deal to Penang FA. He made 16 appearances and scored 8 goals, helped Penang FA secured promotion to Malaysian Super League for 2016.[4][5]
