Nativity Catholic Church is a Roman Catholic parish located in Dubuque, Iowa. The parish is located on 1225 Alta Vista St. The parish is part of the Archdiocese of Dubuque, and the current pastor is Rev. Msgr. James Miller.

Nativity was founded in 1922 by future Dubuque Archbishop Henry Rohlman while he was the business manager of Columbia College (today known as Loras College). Members came from several existing parishes, including St. Raphael's Cathedral, Saint Patrick's, and Saint Mary's.

A combination church and school building was constructed. A new church building was constructed in the 1960s in what had been the parking lot, which was capable of seating about 1,100 people. The church space in the old building was converted into a gymnasium.

For the 2005-2006 school year, Nativity parish hosted a middle school for students of the Holy Family Catholic School System. Following the 2005-2006 school year, the parish school will close, and middle school students will instead attend the newly created Mazzuchelli Middle School.
