Oticon

Oticon is the world's second largest hearing aid manufacturer. It is situated in Denmark outside the capital Copenhagen. It was founded in 1904 by Hans Demant, whose wife was hearing impaired. Oticon is particularly well known worldwide for their innovative management style known as "Spaghetti Organization"[1][2] introduced by Mr. Lars Kolind[3][4][5] under his leadership in 1988 - 1998.[6][7][8] The company is a subsidiary of the William Demant Holding Group.
Oticon has branches in various countries, such as their production plant in Poland, and has more than 3,000 employees worldwide.[9]
