Oued Amlil is a town in Taza Province, Taza-Al Hoceima-Taounate, Morocco. According to the 2004 census it has a population of 8,246.[1]
Amlil in Tamazight (Berber) means white, while 'oued' means river in Arabic.

Oued amlil is considered a wealthy little town because of its rich resources, agriculture, cattle, granite but most of all, Oued Amlil is well known as a big truck stop where people stop to enjoy its delicious kefta and meshwi.
