Panagiotis Karatzas (Greek: Παναγιώτης Καρατζάς; born June 29, 1965 in Athens, Greece) is a retired Greek professional basketball player.
He was an important member of AO Pagrati BC. He played for Olympiakos BC in 1993 winning the Greek Championship and the Greek Cup in 1994. The next year he returned to AO Pagrati BC.
He was a member of the Greek National Squad that won the gold medal at Eurobasket 1987. He also played at the 1986 FIBA World Championship.
