Raúl Manuel Pacheco Mendoza is a Peruvian long-distance runner.

At the 2012 Summer Olympics, he competed in the men's marathon, finishing in 21st place. Raul Pacheco obtained the 6th place at the Rotterdam Marathon (2:11:01) in 2015, which allowed him to set a new national record and also qualified him for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.[1] In July, 2015 he finished second in the Toronto Pan American Games with a time of 2:17:13 h, winning the first medal for Peru in a marathon of the Pan American games. [2]
