Ralph Sherman Bauer (January 31, 1867 – July 13, 1941) was a Massachusetts politician who served as the 38th Mayor of Lynn, Massachusetts.
1917 Massachusetts Constitutional Convention
In 1916 the Massachusetts legislature and electorate approved a calling of a Constitutional Convention.[3] In May 1917, Bauer was elected to serve as a member of the Massachusetts Constitutional Convention of 1917, representing the Massachusetts Seventh Congressional District.[4]
