Robert J. Horner (September 14, 1894 – May 4, 1935) was an American film producer, director, and screenwriter. He produced 44 films between 1922 and 1935. He also directed 38 films between 1921 and 1935.

He died in a road accident in San Diego, California which also took the lives of Junior Durkin, John Coogan Sr., and Charles Jones. Jackie Coogan, the child actor, was the sole survivor.
