Rollin Dart

Rollin Bashford Dart (born 1925), American banker, was chairman of Dart National Bank from 1962 to 2005, and president from 1962 to 1999. He continues to serve the bank as Chairman Emeritus and Community Relations Officer.

Dart National Bank, an independent community bank founded in 1925, serves suburban and rural areas around Lansing and Mason, Michigan.[1] During Rollin Dart's chairmanship, the bank opened new branches and expanded to serve areas beyond its original hometown; its assets grew from $8 million to $179 million. As of December 31, 2006, the bank's assets stood at $228 million.[2]

Family

Rollin Dart is the son of Doc Campbell Dart, who had been Chief Executive Officer of the bank from 1943 to 1960.,[3] and the father of punk rock musician Doc Corbin Dart. He is also related to the family which founded Dart Container Corporation.
