They Came to Conquer... Uranus is an extended play (EP) by American pop-punk band Blink-182, released in February 1996 by Cargo Music and Grilled Cheese. The 7" contains three songs recorded after the release of their debut album, Cheshire Cat (1995).
Background
The EP contains three songs — "Wrecked Him", "Waggy" and "Zulu" — recorded in 1995 at Doubletime Studios in San Diego, California. They Came to Conquer... Uranus was produced by O, guitarist of local punk band and Cargo label-mates Fluf. "Waggy" was later re-recorded for the band's second studio album, Dude Ranch, released in 1997.
