The Ruse trolleybus system (Bulgarian: Русе Тролейбусен транспорт) forms part of the public transport network of the city and municipality of Ruse, the fifth most populous city in Bulgaria. Opened in 1988, the system currently has eight lines.

As of 2015[update], the Ruse trolleybus fleet has 49 trolleybuses:

- Neoplan N6020 - 7 units;
- Renault ER100H - 8 units;
- Škoda 14Tr - 2 units;
