Vincent "Sweet Pea" Burns (born June 21, 1981 in Valdosta, Georgia) was an American football defensive tackle for the Indianapolis Colts of the NFL. He currently is a free agent. Burns played college football at Northern Arizona University and the University of Kentucky, and was drafted by the Indianapolis Colts in the 3rd round of the 2005 NFL Draft. Compared to a young John Randle for Tony Dungy's team, Burns never lived up to his draft position and was subsequently released from the team after only a few injury riddled seasons.
