Crepidium is a genus of orchids. It was previously considered as a synonym of the genus Malaxis, but eventually it has become an accepted name.[3] The genus contains well over 200 species, native to China, the Indian Subcontinent, Southeast Asia (Indochina, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, etc), northern Australia, New Guinea, and various islands of the Pacific and Indian Oceans.[2][4][5]
