Frank Adisson (born 24 July 1969 in Tarbes) is a French slalom canoeist who competed from the late 1980s to the early 2000s. Competing in three Summer Olympics, he won two medals in the C-2 event with a gold in 1996 and a bronze in 1992.

Adisson also won four medals in the C-2 event at the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships with two golds (1991, 1997), a silver (1995), and a bronze (1993). He earned 5 more medals in the C-2 team event (2 golds, 2 silvers and 1 bronze).

He won the World Cup series in C-2 in 1996 and 1997. He also won a silver medal in the C-2 event at the 2000 European Championships.

His partner in the boat throughout the whole of his career was Wilfrid Forgues.
