Childhood
Diwakar Tiwari was born at Kanaila, Azamgarh district in Uttar Pradesh. His ancestors were Saryuparin Brahmins and commanded great respect in the region. He completed his education in Azamgarh.
Family
He had 3 sons and 4 daughters with his wife. His elder son, Wing Commander Janardan Tiwari, a former Indian Air Force officer is married daughter of famous Hindi writer Adya Prasad Chaturvedi.
Life
He worked and retired from Ordnance Factory in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. He studied various Hindu religious literature and gained good authority on them. He would go on religious pilgrimage every year and due to his command was widely respected in the region.
Work
He wrote numerous religious scriptures and translated several of them from Sanskrit to Hindi.[1] He also conducted hawan and did religious recitals.
