GKS Jastrzębie-Zdrój (Polish pronunciation: [jasˈtʂɛmbʲɛ ˈzdruj]) is a football club based in Jastrzębie-Zdrój, Poland. Currently they play in Division 4 (5th tier of polish football). In season 1988/89 they played in top-flight.
