KSIG-FM is a classic country radio station, branded as "Pure Country 106.7, Acadiana's Home of the Country Superstars". Licensed to Rayne, Louisiana, it broadcasts to the central Acadiana area, including Lafayette. When Urban Cowboy hit theaters, Americans fell in love with Country music. It seemed that every bar had a mechanical bull and every adult had a pair of boots. Even New York City had a Country radio station! This renaissance of America’s music continued through the 1980s, with superstars like Alabama, The Judds, George Strait and Reba McEntire leading the way. Then, as the 1990s began, a second wave of unprecedented popularity began. Garth Brooks, Tim McGraw, Alan Jackson and Brooks and Dunn, among many others, brought Country music to a level of success few could have imagined. Pure Country 106.7 focuses on this 20 year period from the very late 1970s through the late 1990s. It’s the music that adult Country radio listeners long for. And we are giving it to them. All day. Every day!

The day begins with the Boot Scootin Morning Show with Eric White with a collection of news, weather, interesting tidbits with call in guest such as various spokesperson's of Acadiana's best known charities telling us about upcoming events and the Pure Country Pop Quiz, The day continues with the Pure Country Steakhouse, serving up the Prime Cuts of Pure Country. Country fans have found a new radio home! Pure Country 106.7

On October 6, 2014 KSIG-FM changed their format to classic country, branded as "Pure Country 106.7".[1]
