PVG's College of Engineering and Technology is an engineering college affiliated to the University of Pune, India, in Maharashtra. It was established in 1985 as an unaided college under the parent institute Pune Vidyarthi Griha. The college is run by the Pune Vidyarthi Griha Trust and is situated in Pune. NBA accreditation to the college is "A".[1] The Pune Vidyarthi Griha was established in 1909 by the group of social workers with its primary aim being to provide education facilities to deserving students and facility deprived students. The college is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education and by the government of Maharashtra.

  • Shrimantyogi is also an association started by freshers of 2013-14 academic year but it is not affiliated to any department or the college itself.

These associations are responsible for student activities in the college. Interviews of students for places in respective coordination committees are carried out at the start of the academic year. These activities and events, however, have been considerably limited over the past few years due to lack of funding from the college.

An annual national level event named 'VERSATALIA' used to be the peak of student activities but because of undisclosed reasons it was permanently discontinued in 2011.
