The RENFE Class 448 is the name for a class of electric multiple unit trains built by CAF, MACOSA and Ateinsa for regional services around Spain, under the brands Regionales, Media Distancia and Intercity. The first units entered service in 1987.

Class 448 units operate on MD (Media Distancia), Regional, Regional Exprés or Intercity regional rail services.

They also operate on Rodalies de Catalunya Rodalies de Catalunya regional rail services R13, R14, R15 and R16.
